Hi, I'm Sarah Griffin. I'm a web designer based out of Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, and I have a cactus named Kevin.
I’m a designer who codes. Professionally, I’m currently happily employed at Kohler Company, where I help build, design and maintain sites across all business divisions. Personally, I’ve also had the pleasure of working alongside a local non-profit organization, small business, and in the healthcare industry. I care deeply about creating useful and beautiful websites that help people and take the guesswork and frustration out of website creation. I like to be involved at all different stages of a digital project, from the seed of the idea, through to sketches, design and of course, the site build itself. I can jump in at any stage of a project, or take on the whole project, from design to build.
“Digital design is like painting, except the paint never dries.”
My career in graphic design started nearly two decades ago, while working in the print industry. Print or "traditional" material design gave me a fun, fast-paced environment to put my art skills to a practical use, while working with customers all over the nation. Though print will always be near and dear to my heart, a few years ago I decided to take on the challenge to learn web design. I've strategically placed myself as a web designer who can not only make a site visually beautiful, but also function properly.
